Spring cove development Miele Project Site

Once part of the historic Archbishop’s Residence Garden Estate in the late 1800’s, and one of the last parcels of untouched and much sought after harbour-front land in Manly, is home to the stunning Spring Cove. Before you even enter the Spring Cove residences the first thing that strikes you is the seven acres of pristine shoreline allowing unbeatable views across the water and access to both secluded beaches, the natural bushland and neighbouring National park.

Spring Cove is like no other residence ever before seen in Sydney. From the first day of construction in 2012, the marriage between nature and architecture was integrated seamlessly into the stunning environment. It’s a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet affords quick access to the business heart of Sydney.

Consisting of 17 houses, 16 two-and three-bedroom apartments and 5 two story townhouses, all with open-ended architecture and breathtaking views from every aspect.

Working alongside a team of some of Australia’s finest environmental and landscape planners, architects and designers, the Miele Specialist Project Team were tasked with ensuring that the Miele appliances that are integrated into each residence reflected the beauty, functionality and advanced design of the Spring Cove development.

They did more than just that. The result is that the Miele Specialist Project Team created an interior appliance aesthetic that is matched only by the beauty of the location.
